Responsibilities
- Follow Quality Management System and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with projects.
- Engage in the development and engineering of disposable medical devices from concept to production.
- Participate in hands-on product and process development, including the design and prototyping of catheters and other disposable products.
- Utilize SolidWorks to design devices and construct prototypes in a laboratory environment.
- Collaborate on designing catheter-based delivery systems for various medical disciplines.
- Support the acquisition, setup, and qualification of new equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers about project status and timelines.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiarity with disposable design and development, materials knowledge, and prototyping is a plus.
- Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CAD programs.
