Senior Global Supply Manager - Mechanical & Electromechanical systems

The role is for a Senior Global Supply Manager responsible for sourcing mechanical and electromechanical commodities for a robotics company focused on home automation. The candidate will develop sourcing strategies, manage procurement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for mechanical and electromechanical commodities.
• Manage procurement processes including supplier selection, contracting, and price negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Conduct supplier assessments and audits to evaluate capabilities and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align sourcing decisions with company goals.
• Monitor market trends and leverage information for strategic sourcing decisions.
• Implement dual sourcing strategies to reduce supply chain risks.

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in global sourcing of mechanical and electromechanical commodities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including injection molding and CNC machining.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and GD&T.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
