Responsibilities
- Lead design engineering program management for custom solutions in cloud data centers.
- Own end-to-end program delivery, including strategic planning and execution of optical programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and validation strategies.
- Drive functional teams in debugging and issue resolution.
- Monitor project execution to balance schedule, quality, and cost.
- Communicate effectively with engineering and executive stakeholders.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s or PhD a plus).
- Significant industry experience, preferred 15+ years.
- 8+ years of Project Management/Program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong risk identification and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent development efforts successfully.
