Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing hardware engineering team supporting system design, validation, and integration.
- Drive architecture and design of reference boards and customer-specific hardware implementations.
- Oversee schematic and PCB design activities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Guide system bring-up and validation, including signal integrity and power integrity validation.
- Partner with other departments to deliver integrated solutions and seamless customer experiences.
- Provide technical leadership during customer engagements, supporting design reviews and issue resolution.
- Manage project schedules, priorities, and deliverables for on-time hardware execution.
Job Requirements
- PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in hardware design, development, and validation of high-speed systems.
- 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including management and mentoring.
- Proven track record in high-speed board/system design involving Ethernet, PCIe, and advanced power architectures.
- Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, signal/power integrity validation, and root-cause debug.
- Strong understanding of system-level requirements and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with customer-facing experience.
