Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing rotating equipment.
- Develop and provide training on rotating equipment for Maintenance and Operations personnel.
- Lead reliability programs and initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Submit and approve equipment Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans.
- Perform equipment condition assessments and develop care and repair plans.
- Identify critical equipment spare part requirements and manage obsolete equipment plans.
- Provide technical support to Major Maintenance (MM) and Turnaround (TAR) execution teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of post-degree engineering experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Management of Change requirements and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate complex system information effectively.
- Must be able to work in a refinery environment and pass a drug test.
- Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the US.
