Responsibilities
- Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot production and engineering test equipment.
- Lead the development of Acceptance Test Procedures for new product test requirements.
- Support the execution of test procedures in coordination with Engineering and Quality leadership.
- Ensure test systems remain calibrated and compliant with quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions related to test failures.
- Develop and design test equipment to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Document test methods and train personnel on proper use of test equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience with test systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and functional testing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across various test systems.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
