Responsibilities
- Plan, design and implement manufacturing and assembly processes for new product development.
- Work with design engineers to ensure quality and reliability while maintaining ease of manufacturing/assembly.
- Review detailed fabrication and assembly drawings for accuracy and tolerances.
- Determine parts, equipment, and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Design tooling and fixturing for production and quality control.
- Develop and optimize process flow and work instructions.
- Support low volume production to verify achievement of process plans and targets for quality, safety, efficiency, and cost.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering with a GPA not less than 3.3.
- Minimum 5 years' experience.
- US Citizenship required due to strict ITAR regulations.
