Responsibilities
- Ideate and conceptualize new products or product lines that align with core business.
- Functional and aesthetic design and development of new products.
- Conduct engineering analysis of components and assemblies.
- Perform testing, qualification, and certification of new product designs.
- Determine critical-to-function features and methods to ensure quality and reliability.
- Identify parts, equipment, and tools needed for manufacturing goals.
- Redesign existing products for manufacturability and assist in new designs.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.
- US Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations.
- Proficiency in new product design, development, and launch.
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and drawing creation.
- General knowledge of various fabrication/manufacturing processes.
