Responsibilities
- Design and fabricate test fixtures for engineering development and production.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure testability and transition products to manufacturing.
- Design, lay out, assemble, and test printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and data acquisition systems using various programming tools.
- Program microcontrollers to interface with peripherals using common communication protocols.
- Execute mechanical integration and fabrication of custom test fixtures.
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate effectively with the team.
Job Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or AAS in Electrical Engineering Technology with experience.
- Internship experience is required for entry-level candidates.
- Hands-on experience with test equipment and lab instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills for debugging circuits and firmware.
- Proficient technical documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing standards is a plus.
