Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes for electrical and electromechanical products.
- Collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability and product quality.
- Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation.
- Support new product introductions from prototype through production.
- Design and implement manufacturing tooling and test equipment.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3 for all completed degrees.
- Experience with electrical or electromechanical manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with electronic assemblies and wiring harnesses.
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations.
