Responsibilities
- Operate Linear Generator units.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting with Mechanical, Electrical, and Software & Controls teams.
- Coordinate repairs and retrofits with technicians.
- Review test plans and guide test setup and execution.
- Set up and maintain instrumentation for data collection.
- Manage daily test priorities to meet deadlines and maintain high uptime.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and communicate results with engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in conducting experimental hardware projects in an industrial setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management related to product development.
- Programming skills in Python/MatLab/C++.
- Advanced data analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with safety protocols for high voltage equipment.
