Responsibilities
- Operate Linear Generator units.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting with Mechanical, Electrical, and Software & Controls teams.
- Coordinate repairs and retrofits with technicians.
- Review test plans and guide test setup and execution.
- Maintain instrumentation to collect critical data.
- Manage daily test priorities to meet deadlines.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and communicate results with engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in experimental hardware projects for product qualification or reliability testing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in programming (Python/MatLab/C++).
- Advanced data analysis skills.
- Experience with safety protocols for high voltage equipment.
- Ability to communicate with external stakeholders.
