Responsibilities
- Operate Linear Generator units.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting with Mechanical, Electrical, and Software & Controls engineering teams.
- Coordinate repairs and retrofits with technicians.
- Review test plans and provide guidance on test setup and execution.
- Setup and maintain instrumentation for data collection.
- Manage daily test priorities to meet deadlines while ensuring high uptime.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and communicate results with engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or equivalent with 3+ years of applicable experience.
- Experience in conducting experimental hardware projects in an industrial environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management within product development.
- Programming skills in Python/MatLab/C++ (at least one).
- Advanced data analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency with safety protocols and high voltage equipment procedures.
