Hardware Supply Chain Program Manager Intern (Summer 2026)

The Hardware Supply Chain Program Manager Intern will manage the lifecycle of hardware products at Lyft, focusing on micromobility hardware like electric bikes and scooters. The role involves collaboration with various engineering and operational teams to ensure effective product development and deployment.

• Drive technical hardware products from concept through deployment, overseeing prototyping and mass production.
• Articulate program strategy to leadership and engage in tactical discussions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to define the scope and value of hardware programs.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability within hardware programs.
• Participate in technical and program discussions with team and suppliers.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience in delivering complex projects in dynamic settings.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple teams.
• Understanding of dependency management and project planning.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical problems and solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for influencing and negotiating within a matrixed environment.
