Responsibilities
- Drive technical hardware products from initial concept through deployment.
- Articulate program strategy to leadership and engage in discussions with the team.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams to define project scope and priority.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability within hardware programs.
- Participate in technical and program discussions with the core team and suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering.
- Experience in driving cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
- Ability to work autonomously in dynamic settings.
- Understanding of dependency management and project planning.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical problems and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
