Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end testing activities for power converters and battery systems.
- Engage with electrical, mechanical, and firmware engineers to develop test plans.
- Design and develop test stands for electrical, thermal, and mechanical testing.
- Write Python scripts to automate testing and analyze large datasets.
- Drive failure analysis for testing and field failures.
- Document and communicate test results and insights with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of test infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or engineering physics.
- Strong fundamentals in electronics, heat transfer, and mechanics of materials.
- Experience with electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Python programming experience required.
- Basic mechanical design experience or familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
- Experience with power electronics or battery systems testing is a plus.
- Strong sense of curiosity and ownership.
