Engineering Intern, Mechanical

The Engineering Intern will work on the mechanical subsystems of Lumafield's scanning systems and core technology platforms while collaborating closely with a mentor on the hardware team.

• Work on mechanical subsystems of scanning systems (e.g., Neptune and Triton)
• Collaborate with mentor on hardware team
• Utilize CAD software for design and development
• Engage in rapid prototyping and product development
• Participate in feedback and iteration processes
• Contribute to building innovative engineering solutions
• Support the overall mission of upgrading manufacturing technology

• Currently studying for a mechanical engineering or related degree
• Experience with CAD software
• Passion for building impactful engineering solutions
• Motivated by fast-paced environments and feedback
• Bonus points for OnShape experience
• Bonus points for rapid prototyping experience
• Prior startup experience preferred
