Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic suppliers of ADAS parts/components and related software.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply and continuous innovation in ADAS technologies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, resolving issues related to product quality, delivery, and performance.
- Drive cost competitiveness by negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
- Analyze supplier performance and market trends to ensure competitive costs.
- Develop and negotiate comprehensive contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering experience, preferably with ADAS.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships with ADAS and software suppliers.
- Significant experience in contract creation and management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word, JIRA, Confluence, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
