Responsibilities
- Create procedural change requests for technical documentation such as Technical Manuals and Ordnance Documents.
- Ensure accuracy of proposed changes in related technical documents.
- Provide procedural support for documentation proofing and activation.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, operations, and safety teams.
- Independently solve technical problems while maintaining requirements.
- Represent the organization in meetings and working groups.
- Provide input to product design regarding design concepts and specifications.
Job Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and technical documentation.
- Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with Special Weapons Ordnance Publications.
- Excellent communication skills for representing the organization.
- Understanding of continuous improvement processes and data analytics.
