Responsibilities
- Lead the Vehicle Integration Team (VIT) in assembly processes.
- Raise awareness for schedule impacts and adjust priorities as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with all program areas to support vehicle assembly integration.
- Schedule vehicle assembly with evolving priorities.
- Address parts or engineering issues that arise during integration efforts.
- Document issues and collaborate with stakeholders for resolutions.
- Maintain a lessons learned database for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with 6 sigma processes.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of aerospace processes.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Orion.
- Ability to work onsite at a designated facility.
