Responsibilities
- Lead personnel and manage a multi-disciplined technical team.
- Oversee cost, schedule, and technical execution of program scope.
- Manage staffing needs, including resource management and career planning.
- Shape the future of the program through digital transformation initiatives.
- Execute and report on issue investigations and design change efforts.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and cost/schedule tracking.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and delivery of design changes.
Job Requirements
- Technical Bachelor of Science or higher degree.
- Experience in missile and/or aerospace-related fields.
- Demonstrated leadership and customer intimacy capabilities.
- Proposal development and business acumen experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
