Responsibilities
- Modify, update, create, and develop weld-related manufacturing work instructions.
- Determine the sequence of build and select/design required tools.
- Investigate design/manufacturing factors affecting production.
- Develop and maintain assembly documentation.
- Troubleshoot and correct anomalies in hardware.
- Perform producibility reviews on engineering designs.
- Provide technical support and oversight of production personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of production manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and reports.
- Experience with Engineering Change Management and SAP or similar software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work 2nd shift and adjust schedule as needed.
