Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Boost Control System (BCS) Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Manage hardware components for the Gas Hydraulic Assembly (GHA)
- Develop technical solutions throughout various phases of the product life-cycle
- Represent the BCS IPT with Navy partners and suppliers
- Support design and production of missile control systems
- Utilize CAD and hardware modeling tools for design tasks
- Engage in engineering project management related to propulsion and aerodynamics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience with mechanical design model/drawing interpretation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of engineering project management, propulsion rocketry, and aerodynamics
- Understanding of the Engineering Lifecycle
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with CAD and hardware modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks/CREO, Matlab)
