Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in sustaining test consoles for FBM production testing.
- Update designs of existing test consoles for obsolescence or operational inefficiencies.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for multiple consoles with Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAA).
- Support Failure Review Board activities as the cognizant authority.
- Interface with suppliers, customers, and internal design teams to maintain operational status of consoles.
- Mentor junior engineers and communicate extensively with customers and senior leadership.
- Travel approximately 25% for troubleshooting and support.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in design and testing of electrical hardware.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.
- Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills with diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive tasks to closure.
- Experience with supplier technical support and remote troubleshooting.
- Previous experience presenting to senior management.
