Responsibilities
- Sustain test consoles and support FBM production testing.
- Lead design updates to existing test consoles for obsolescence or operational inefficiencies.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for multiple consoles with Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAA).
- Support Failure Review Board activities as the cognizant authority.
- Interface with suppliers, customers, and internal design teams to maintain console operational status.
- Mentor junior engineers and interface with customers and senior leadership.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
Job Requirements
- Experience in both design and test of electrical hardware.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate with diverse teams in tech product sustainment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive tasks to closure.
- Previous experience with supplier technical support and remote troubleshooting.
