Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis, configuration determination, design, alterations, material procurement, manufacturing, test, and acceptance for electrical and electromechanical test systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and interface with customers and senior leadership.
- Create/update project/process documentation to align with project requirements.
- Lead the design, procurement, assembly, test, and verification of automated test systems.
- Develop hardware requirements for support equipment test systems.
- Interface with suppliers and internal teams to provide cost-effective solutions.
- Support Failure Review Board activities as required.
Job Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional experience in electrical hardware design and testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or similar systems.
- Ability to lead a team in the development and testing of integrated test systems.
- Experience reading schematic diagrams and troubleshooting at the system level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance; US Citizenship is required.
