Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, alterations, manufacturing, test, and acceptance for electrical and electromechanical test systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and interface with customers and senior leadership.
- Create/update project/process documentation.
- Lead design, procurement, assembly, test, and verification of automated test systems.
- Develop hardware requirements for assigned support equipment test systems.
- Interface with suppliers and internal design teams for cost-effective solutions.
- Support Failure Review Board activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Hardware development experience.
- Strong technical background with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or similar systems.
- Experience with programming languages (LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#).
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (US Citizenship required).
- 1+ years of professional experience.
- Experience reading schematic diagrams and troubleshooting.
