Responsibilities
- Interface with multiple engineering and support disciplines to ensure project execution.
- Work closely with ER Test Leadership team to prioritize workloads and support cost and schedule commitments.
- Ensure employee training is current and coordinate recruitment, selection, and training.
- Manage performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- Ensure Production Orders are accurate and closed in a timely manner.
- Plan detailed operating schedules and integrate nonconformance work into existing schedules.
- Provide cause and corrective actions for closure and support product delivery.
Job Requirements
- Experience leading or working with a represented workforce.
- Strong communication skills including technical writing.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, reports, and engineering drawings.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with testing of support equipment and/or flight hardware.
- Technical leadership experience with troubleshooting and integrated test consoles.
