Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, and testing of electrical and electromechanical test systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and interface with customers and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with software, systems, electrical, and test engineers using Agile Development methodology.
- Create and update project documentation aligned to project requirements.
- Support design, procurement, and verification of automated test systems.
- Develop hardware requirements for support equipment test systems.
- Interface with suppliers and customers to provide cost-effective solutions.
Job Requirements
- Experience in design and testing of electrical hardware.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance.
- Cable design experience using military specifications.
- Experience with Telemetry Data Processing (TDP) and RF.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience reading schematic diagrams and troubleshooting at the system level.
