Responsibilities
- Participate in Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical (EEE) Parts Engineering technical assignments related to hardware design, manufacture, and test.
- Participate in the selection, qualification, test, and failure analysis of EEE Parts.
- Prepare technical and progress reports on assigned tasks, prepare specifications, evaluate suppliers, and analyze test reports.
- Coordinate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement/Supply Chain organizations.
- Work on electrical components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and integrated circuits.
- Travel and work closely with suppliers and government agencies to meet quality expectations and product performance requirements.
- Evaluate current and developing technologies for EEE parts in complex design packages.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
- 1+ years of related professional work experience.
- Familiarity with technical requirements and military specifications.
- Basic understanding of Nuclear effects on EEE parts.
- Experience participating in major program milestone reviews such as PDR and CDR.
- Basic understanding of worst-case analysis (WCA) and EEE parts derating.
- Active or Current Secret clearance or higher.
