Responsibilities
- Participate in EEE Parts Engineering technical assignments related to hardware design, manufacture, and testing.
- Assist in the selection, qualification, testing, and failure analysis of EEE Parts.
- Prepare technical and progress reports, specifications, and analyze test reports.
- Coordinate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement/Supply Chain organizations.
- Work on electrical components including resistors, capacitors, diodes, and integrated circuits.
- Travel to work closely with suppliers and government agencies to meet quality and performance requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in the design and analysis of electrical components.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Engineering with a focus on electrical parts.
- Familiarity with technical requirements and military specifications.
- Basic understanding of Nuclear effects on EEE parts.
- Ability to evaluate technologies for EEE parts in complex designs.
- Current Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience in failure analysis and root cause analysis related to EEE parts.
