Responsibilities
- Provide daily production support.
- Manage defect dispositions and non-conformance reporting.
- Represent manufacturing engineering at daily gemba boards.
- Support achieving SPQDIP targets.
- Ensure equipment readiness and coordinate maintenance, calibration, and repair.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Solid modeling experience.
- Lean certifications.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience in the medical device industry.
