Responsibilities
- Serve as process expert in air separation and gas distribution systems.
- Provide training and guidance to junior employees and plant technicians.
- Determine project and maintenance overhaul objectives and develop project plans.
- Responsible for cost and schedule estimating, planning, and control.
- Define cost of ownership of new systems.
- Apply PMI principles in task execution and tool development.
- Make effective presentations to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering.
- 4 years of process engineering and project management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Familiarity with PLCs, DCSs, and SCADA.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft products.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
