Responsibilities
- Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test solutions for Silicon Photonics products.
- Develop characterization and manufacturing test plans and identify test coverage gaps.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to debug product failures and implement solutions.
- Work with OSAT/test vendors to develop ATE test software and hardware infrastructure.
- Partner with manufacturing teams to enhance yields, test coverage, and reduce costs.
- Lead manufacturing activities related to wafer and package testing.
- Write and maintain scripts/tools to improve productivity in the test engineering group.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of ATE Test Development Experience using Advantest V93000 or Teradyne.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Java.
- Experience with ATE test programs and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience in Mixed Signal and high-speed Serdes testing.
- Understanding of DFT insertion techniques and ability to read firmware code.
