Responsibilities
- Develop reliability test plans based on product requirements and industry standards.
- Execute reliability qualification testing for photonics-based AI platforms.
- Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify reliability risks.
- Perform root cause analysis of device failures and collaborate on solutions.
- Establish internal reliability guidelines to meet customer and industry benchmarks.
- Utilize statistical tools to model reliability performance and predict device lifetimes.
- Prepare and present technical reports on reliability test plans and results.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering within semiconductor or photonics.
- Understanding of reliability testing methodologies (HTOL, HAST, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with failure analysis tools (SEM, TEM, etc.).
- Knowledge of reliability and failure mechanisms in ICs.
- Familiarity with reliability modeling tools and statistical analysis.
- Preferred experience in semiconductor or photonics device/module testing.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
