Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies for new products.
- Serve as the main contact for the Supply Chain team to confirm supplier readiness.
- Manage the transition of new products from pilot to volume production.
- Analyze product cost performance and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
- Collaborate with supply chain and engineering stakeholders on sourcing decisions.
- Resolve discrepancies between cost targets and quoted costs, presenting findings to executives.
- Identify opportunities to improve product design for cost, quality, and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
- 3+ years in continuous improvement or technical program management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with strong influence skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred technical background in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
