Responsibilities
- Responsible for mechanical design, analysis, and evaluation of Robotics and Mechatronics products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications and evaluate performance.
- Utilize rapid prototyping for design iterations.
- Conduct hands-on work in the Mechatronics lab with products.
- Work with suppliers to meet performance and cost objectives for parts.
- Drive technical innovation and file invention disclosures.
- Develop test criteria and equipment for automated product testing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree or 3 years of industry experience for level 2.
- Strong design background with proficiency in 3D CAD tools (e.g., CREO, NX).
- Knowledge of FEA applications for modeling analyses.
- Hands-on testing experience and familiarity with machining and fabrication practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for Mechatronics, robotics, or industrial automation.
