Responsibilities
- Responsible for mechanical design, analysis, evaluation, and performance of Mechatronics products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product specifications and evaluate performance.
- Utilize rapid prototyping for quick design iterations.
- Engage hands-on in the Mechatronics lab with products.
- Work with suppliers to meet performance and cost objectives.
- Drive technical innovation and file invention disclosures.
- Develop test criteria and equipment for automated product testing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience; Master’s degree or 3 years industry experience for level 2.
- Strong design background and solid engineering skills.
- Proficient in 3D CAD tools (e.g., CREO, NX).
- Proven analytical skills, including modeling analyses using FEA applications.
- Hands-on testing experience and familiarity with machining practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment with aggressive deadlines.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
