Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in inspections and investigations regarding labor and equipment utilization.
- Analyze production and machine requirements to optimize productivity.
- Design and install equipment and manage manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance personnel to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer or in a comparable engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and manufacturing process simulation tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance principles.
