Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze critical reports, including Reliability Analyses, Fault Trees, and Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA).
- Collaborate with design, components, and quality engineering teams to identify requirements and drive corrective actions.
- Manage aircraft safety requirements throughout the product lifecycle and participate in design reviews for compliance.
- Facilitate risk assessments for new products and generate comprehensive reports.
- Utilize expertise in industry standards and reliability testing methods to guide development.
- Support Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS).
- Maintain strong communication with customer counterparts and program managers throughout development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Aerospace Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Safety & Reliability Engineering.
- Experience with Safety & Reliability software such as PTC Windchill/Windchill Risk & Reliability.
- Expertise in aerospace equipment certification processes and proficiency with fault tree analysis tools.
- Working knowledge of relevant standards and experience with Systems Engineering software.
- Familiarity with cyber security protocols is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
