Responsibilities
- Identify and characterize cost savings and productivity opportunities; scope project resources and timelines.
- Plan and improve production methods including production flow, tooling, and documentation.
- Propose and implement process improvements through automation and new technologies.
- Develop methods and operational sequences for manufacturing components and products.
- Modify existing manufacturing systems to drive quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to production personnel.
- Assist in failure analyses and root cause-corrective actions for rejected parts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 3-7 years relevant experience.
- Proven problem-solving expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CAD programs like Creo or SolidWorks.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Experience in aerospace or highly regulated industries is a plus.
