Responsibilities
- Perform engineering analysis to define design requirements and review material suitability.
- Prepare and route product documentation including detailed drawings and BOMs.
- Conduct benchmark evaluations of new products and ongoing improvements.
- Participate in resolving engineering design, product quality, and testing issues.
- Design, develop prototype, and test product components and subsystems.
- Write technical reports to document engineering analysis and findings.
- Prioritize work to align with departmental goals and project timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Three years of Mechanical Engineering experience.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- CAD experience required (SolidWorks preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
