Responsibilities
- Prepare and route product documentation including detailed drawings and BOMs.
- Carry out routings, BOMs, and cost estimates for projects.
- Evaluate competitive products and propose improvements.
- Resolve engineering design, product quality, and testing issues.
- Design and develop prototypes and test product components.
- Write technical reports documenting engineering analysis and findings.
- Prioritize work to align with departmental goals and maintain timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of three years of Mechanical Engineering experience.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with planning and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Physical ability to perform tasks as required, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
