Responsibilities
- Perform engineering analysis to define design requirements.
- Prepare and route product documentation including detailed drawings and BOMs.
- Evaluate competitive products and implement improvements.
- Resolve engineering design and product quality issues.
- Design, develop, and test product components and sub-systems.
- Write technical reports to document engineering findings.
- Maintain communication with engineering groups and project teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Three years of Mechanical Engineering experience.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Capability to adapt to changing priorities under tight deadlines.
