Responsibilities
- Lead the development of optical systems from concept to prototype.
- Architect sophisticated optical systems and setups.

Job Requirements
- PhD with 3 years experience, Master's Degree with minimum 6 years, or Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong foundation in physical optics, lasers, plasma sources, detectors, or image sensors.
- Proven experience in developing and prototyping electro-optical setups.
- Deep understanding of hardware technologies and systems engineering.
- Ability to lead small teams and drive execution.
- Confident communication skills for leading technical reviews.
- Adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguity with minimal direction.
