Responsibilities
- Develop analog and mixed signal circuits for distance measuring systems.
- Innovate and manufacture precision measurement instruments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of R&D engineers.
- Control lasers and process signals from various technologies.
- Start from system-level specifications to create fully qualified products.
- Utilize tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, or Maple for design.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Physics experience preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of hardware design experience; 5 to 8 years preferred.
- Experience in RF and analog design (DC to 500MHz).
- Familiarity with digital signal processing principles.
- Expertise in schematic & layout tools, preferably DX Designer.
- Proficiency in firmware/software skills, particularly C and Verilog.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
