Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality electric vehicle designs and systems integration.
- Follow project management processes to maintain schedule and functionality.
- Create engineering documentation for components and harness drawings, diagrams, and test coordination.
- Analyze system needs to influence system architecture designs.
- Develop engineering specifications for new vehicle control functions, including for autonomous vehicles.
- Drive collaborative efforts with cross-divisional counterparts on global design direction.
- Support validation activities to ensure quality and reliability of components and systems.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Electrical Engineering.
- Junior or senior standing preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative hardware.
- Competency with standard office software and engineering tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
- Understanding of complex design impacts on electrical/electronic systems.
- Active participation in engineering-related extracurricular activities.
