Responsibilities
- Support development projects for new cabs, interiors, or outerbody components.
- Complete Manufacturing Documents to support project schedules.
- Track and report critical metrics related to manufacturing.
- Coordinate input for Manufacturing Engineering Requirements to Design Engineering.
- Develop strategies for operational improvements in various areas.
- Review and develop new technologies for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Lead Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven team leadership skills and ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Familiarity with plant assembly operations in automotive or heavy truck industries.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings; experience with Creo is desirable.
