Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring alignment between mission requirements and technology offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape new opportunities and define program requirements.
- Oversee program execution from contract award through to on-orbit operations.
- Lead proposal efforts ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with engineering objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess vehicle readiness and manage technical changes.
- Lead customer reviews and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders.
- Operate effectively in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or operations of government programs.
- Deep understanding of launch vehicles and spacecraft systems.
- Active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Experience with spacecraft mission design and management preferred.
