Responsibilities
- Design and create drawings for tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Improve existing production line, processes, and procedures.
- Author Manufacturing Execution System procedures for the Production team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Design, and Supply Chain.
- Take a proactive hands-on approach to problem identification and troubleshooting.
- Participate in iterative design and validation testing.
- Independently manage projects under the mentorship of experienced team members.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.
- Previous co-op, internship, or related work experience required.
- Heading into junior or senior year of undergraduate degree or above.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and practical understanding of mechanical design.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Available for Summer 2026.
