Responsibilities
- Rapidly design, develop, and analyze reliable lander propulsion systems.
- Evaluate propulsion architectures and system-level requirements.
- Drive component-level design and support system verification testing.
- Establish fluid analysis processes and conduct performance tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless development.
- Create and manage supplier Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Own the full lifecycle of propulsion system components.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in spacecraft or launch vehicle propulsion systems.
- Hands-on experience with fluid, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles and fabrication processes.
- Experience with fluid dynamics and pressurized components.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and fluid analysis tools.
