Responsibilities
- Manage internal and contractor teams for electronics system design and delivery.
- Own overall system architecture and ensure alignment with requirements.
- Present progress and results to senior management and customers.
- Oversee design of subsystems including analog, mixed signal, and FPGA controllers.
- Execute modeling, simulation, and analytical work for product performance.
- Integrate electronics subsystems with mechanical and optical systems.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design electronics or embedded systems engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical design.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading teams.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in FPGA design and optimization.
- Familiarity with quantum computing and non-terrestrial electronic systems.
