Responsibilities
- Drive definition and development of Technical Product Requirements for Power MOSFETs
- Serve as a technical interface to R&D for application requirements
- Engage with customers at the roadmap level for Power MOSFETs
- Promote Power MOSFETs products and technologies as an industry thought leader
- Lead the Technical Marketing team and provide coaching to managers
- Develop departmental plans and manage operational priorities
- Ensure technical customer support for key design-ins
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years in Technical Marketing/Application Engineering
- Strong technical background in power semiconductors
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Self-driven, organized, and adaptable
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
