Internship - Firmware Engineer

The role is an internship for a Firmware Engineer, focusing on developing and testing embedded firmware solutions, working with real-time operating systems and FPGA-based systems, and supporting the embedded firmware engineering team.

• Assist in developing and testing embedded firmware solutions
• Work on real-time operating systems and FPGA-based development systems
• Contribute to various projects supporting the embedded firmware engineering team
• Conduct simulator-based testing, analysis, and debugging processes
• Perform lab-based testing and automate processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Utilize lab equipment and tools effectively for testing and automation

• Actively pursuing a BSEE or MSEE
• Proven foundational experience in embedded firmware development
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems and their applications
• Exposure to and hands-on experience with FPGA-based systems
• Competent in troubleshooting and debugging embedded systems
• Ability to utilize lab equipment and tools effectively for testing and automation
• Demonstrated ability to work well in cross-functional engineering teams
