Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Design and Systems Engineers.
- Collaborate with system power architects and application engineers to define solutions.
- Evaluate system specifications and requirements.
- Execute proof of concept through system modeling/simulations and FPGA prototyping.
- Drive the development of digital power controllers.
- Draft top-level IC functional requirements and specifications.
- Lead commercially successful IC developments.
Job Requirements
- Advanced Degree (MSEE / PhD).
- 20+ years of experience in System/Concept Engineering.
- Experience coordinating teams of specialists.
- Proven track record in IC developments.
- Expertise in analytical and behavioral modeling tools.
- Deep understanding of power management and mixed signal IC partitioning.
- Experience with FPGA based hardware prototyping.
