Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components and assemblies with a focus on quality and manufacturability.
- Support new product integration to ensure manufacturing readiness.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Root cause and resolve urgent manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure seamless integration in manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 or more years of experience in manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Experience with LabView and CREO.
- Knowledge of Lean Concepts and regulatory compliance.
